After 23 years in the U. S. Navy, becoming a Veteran of Foreign Wars, deploying as an Aviation Hydraulic Mechanic (ABE) then serving over 10 years as a Navy Drug & Alcohol Counselor and retiring as a Navy Chief. Michele retired from service in 2020 and has been working in the film industry ever since. She holds a bachelors degree in business and an Associate Of Applied Sciences in Digital Filmmaking from the San Francisco Film School. In 2022 she was inducted onto the LGBTQ Veterans Wall Of Honor. Roe Moore is a director who shines when the stakes are high and turns live moments into lasting stories. Her work spans unscripted television, live events, and streaming productions, with credits that include the Dodgers’ HoloLive Post-Game Show, Masters of Illusion, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Cody Walker’s car launch livestream. From stadium crowds to primetime broadcasts for global digital audiences, Roe brings a calm, collaborative presence that ensures every moment lands.

What sets Roe apart is her background in narrative filmmaking. As the director of award-winning shorts such as Undercover Wrestler and Breakfast Salad, she’s developed a sharp instinct for story structure, pacing, and character. That storytelling sensibility flows directly into her live work, helping her craft shows that don’t just run smoothly, they connect emotionally. Audiences may see the spectacle, but Roe makes sure they also feel the story behind it.

Kimleigh Smith is an Actress, Director, Producer, Best-Selling Author, Internationally- Acclaimed Multi-Award-Winning Solo Performer, Speaker and Founder of the “Embrace Your Cape!” philosophy.

A graduate Emporia State University, she received a BS in Psychology.

Kimleigh’s love for all that she does, has led her to become the founder of a production company that falls in line with her philosophy called, Embrace Your Cape Enterprises.

Her company focuses on producing, directing and creating films, television, documentaries, commercials, edutainment, corporate videos, large scale special events, plays, and solo shows.

Whether Kimleigh is acting, directing, producing or writing; she is the ultimate collaborator and is dedicated to working with people that are committed to changing the way we see the world, and how we connect with humanity.

Dave Rosen, CEO of Absolute Media Labs, is a production industry veteran with over thirty years of experience, transitioning from early audio work to specializing in live streaming and event production. Known for his "never say no" approach, he leads Absolute Live Productions, focusing on delivering complex multi-camera live streams and turnkey event solutions for brands and agencies. Rosen describes himself as a "firefighter" who resolves issues quietly, having produced hundreds of live events for clients like Toyota and Fox Sports. He is also a co-founder of Vets On Set, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans find employment in the film and event industries. Spanning 67 countries over 20 years, Rachael has filmed over 100 live events ranging from small podcasts to 20-camera, 5000 seat shows. Her passion for capturing the magic of live shows for streaming, imag, or future broadcasting is evident in the energy she brings to every project. Recent credits include the Paris Hilton Live at the Palladium Infinite Icon releasing in 2026, Faraday Future Car Launch, H3H3 Live at the Greek Theater and Dolby Theater and more.  She is a jib op and loves shooting handheld in concerts. She is also an experienced Producer/Shooter.

Heidi Huber is a real-live farm girl from the rich, black soils of central Illinois.  An unshakable work ethic and desire to help others has been her professional focal point for over twenty-five years.

The breadth of Heidi’s experience resides in the nonprofit world.  She’s joined hands with tens of thousands of artists, donors, and corporations in 70 countries on six continents to help transform countless lives in West Africa, the Philippines, the Middle East, and here in the United States. 

Heidi has produced theatre in Los Angeles (Gangbusters Theatre Company) and Chicago (Tight & Shiny Theatre Productions, Playhouse Productions) and was an actor in another life.  She’s spent time on big budget and no budget sets, and knows the high hurdles women clear in the entertainment business. 

Currently, she stays busy producing films, documentaries, edutainment and live events.
